1. 適用される規約

本アプリを App Store から入手する場合、Apple の標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。本規約は、OddsBoy（以下「本アプリ」）の使い方に関する補足条件です。本規約と Apple の Standard EULA が矛盾する場合、App Store から入手したアプリについては Apple の Standard EULA が優先されます。

2. 本アプリの目的

本アプリは、友達同士の予想ゲームや軽い勝負で使うローカルスコア記録・計算ツールです。1台の端末内で、入力pt、スコア変動、履歴、手動調整ログを管理するために提供されます。

3. 禁止される使い方

ユーザーは、本アプリを次の目的で使用してはいけません。

本アプリ内のptやスコアは、端末内の記録用数値であり、金銭的価値や換金性はありません。

4. ローカル利用

本アプリは、アカウント登録、独自サーバー、クラウド同期、オンライン対戦、公開ランキングを提供しません。入力内容は端末内に保存されます。端末の共有、画面の見え方、入力内容の管理はユーザーの責任で行ってください。

5. 子ども・未成年者

本アプリは子ども・未成年者を対象としていません。未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者または管理者が内容、利用場所、利用方法を確認し、責任をもって管理してください。

6. ユーザーの責任

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、適用される法令、地域の規則、所属団体のルールを遵守する責任を負います。本アプリの計算結果や履歴は、娯楽・記録補助のためのものであり、法的、会計的、金融的な記録として使用することは想定していません。

7. データ削除

ユーザーは、本アプリ内の設定画面から端末内のローカルデータを削除できます。削除したデータは復元できません。アプリを端末から削除した場合も、iOS の仕様に従って本アプリのローカルデータは削除されます。

8. 保証の否認と責任制限

本アプリは、現状有姿で提供されます。適用法で認められる範囲で、本アプリの提供者は、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性について保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる損害について、本アプリの提供者は、適用法で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

9. 変更

本規約は、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または App Store 上で合理的な方法により通知します。

1. Applicable Terms

If you obtain the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") applies. These Terms are supplemental terms for the use of OddsBoy (the "App"). If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls for the App obtained from the App Store.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a local score recording and score calculation tool for prediction games and light social games among friends. It is provided to manage input points, score changes, history, and manual adjustment logs on a single device.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the App for:

Points and scores in the App are local record values only and have no monetary value or redeemability.

4. Local Use

The App does not provide account registration, proprietary servers, cloud sync, online matches, or public rankings. User input is stored on the device. You are responsible for device sharing, screen visibility, and management of entered content.

5. Children and Minors

The App is not directed to children or minors. If a minor uses the App, a parent, guardian, or responsible administrator should review and manage the content, place, and manner of use.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, local rules, and rules of your organization when using the App. The App's calculations and history are intended for entertainment and record-keeping assistance only, and are not intended to be used as legal, accounting, or financial records.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete locally stored data from the Settings screen in the App. Deleted data cannot be restored. If the App is deleted from the device, local App data is deleted according to iOS behavior.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App provider makes no warranties regarding accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App provider is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If there are material changes, we will provide notice through the App or on the App Store by reasonable means.
