OddsBoy（以下「本アプリ」）は、友達同士のローカルスコア記録・計算を目的とした iOS アプリです。本アプリは、現金、換金可能なポイント、賞品、オンライン賭け機能を扱いません。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリの提供者は、本アプリを通じて個人情報を収集、送信、販売、共有、追跡しません。

本アプリでユーザーが入力する可能性がある情報は、次のような端末内データです。

• グループ名
• メンバー名
• 勝負のお題、選択肢
• 入力pt、スコア、履歴、手動調整ログ

5. 端末の権限

本アプリは、カメラ、写真、連絡先、位置情報、マイクなどの端末権限を使用しません。

6. データの削除

ユーザーは、本アプリ内の設定画面から、端末内に保存されたローカルデータを削除できます。アプリを端末から削除した場合も、iOS の仕様に従って本アプリのローカルデータは削除されます。

7. 子ども・未成年者

本アプリは子ども・未成年者を対象としていません。本アプリは個人情報を収集しませんが、未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者または管理者の判断と責任で利用してください。

8. 今後の機能追加

OddsBoy (the "App") is an iOS app for local score recording and score calculation among friends. The App does not handle cash, redeemable points, prizes, or online wagering features.

2. Information We Collect

The App provider does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or track personal information through the App.

The App may store the following user-entered data locally on the device:

• Group names
• Member names
• Game topics and options
• Input points, scores, history, and manual adjustment logs
• Presets and app settings

This data is stored on the device and is not sent to servers operated by the App provider.

3. Accounts, Servers, and Sync

The App does not use account registration, login, proprietary servers, or cloud sync.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The App does not use advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, crash analytics SDKs, push notifications, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. The App does not track users and does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Device Permissions

The App does not use device permissions such as camera, photos, contacts, location, or microphone.

6. Data Deletion

Users can delete locally stored data from the Settings screen in the App. If the App is deleted from the device, local App data is deleted according to iOS behavior.

7. Children and Minors

The App is not directed to children or minors. Although the App does not collect personal information, minors should use the App only under the judgment and responsibility of a parent, guardian, or responsible administrator.

8. Future Features

If features that affect data handling are added in the future, such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, accounts, server sync, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, this policy, the App Store privacy information, and any required in-app notices will be updated before those features are introduced.
